1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Jeturu, you agree to these terms. If you're using Jeturu on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to them.
2. Description of service
Jeturu is a project cost-planning tool. You define resources, tools and cost-model parameters for a project, and Jeturu computes company and client cost totals, breakdowns and burn schedules based on the inputs you provide.
3. Accounts & registration
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service , including attempting to access another user's projects without authorization, disrupting the service, or using it to store unlawful content.
5. Project ownership & collaboration
You retain ownership of the project data you create. Inviting a collaborator grants them edit access to that project's resources, tools and configuration; only the project owner can deactivate or delete it. You're responsible for who you choose to invite.
6. Estimates disclaimer
Cost totals, breakdowns and burn schedules produced by Jeturu are calculated directly from the figures you enter. They are estimates for planning purposes only, not financial, tax or legal advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Always review results before sharing them externally.
7. Availability & changes to the service
We aim to keep Jeturu available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
8. Termination
You may stop using Jeturu and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy above.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeturu and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on its cost estimates.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jeturu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Contact us
Questions about these terms can be sent to the project owner via the contact details provided on your account or organization's Jeturu instance.
